• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments can be made via cash, card, UPI, or approved financing partners.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Returns or exchanges are subject to the company’s return policy and manufacturer warranty terms.

• Opened or activated devices are generally not eligible for return unless defective.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

5. Warranty

All products are covered under the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Celekt Gadgets LLP is not responsible for warranty decisions made by the manufacturer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Celekt Gadgets LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
